I assume we are all Prisoner fans here, but which is your LEAST favourite episode?

I used to hate Fall Out but now really enjoy it, from the rest, Dance of The Dead is my worst.

My least favourite is definitely Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling..

Not only the fact that McGoohan isn't in it, the plot doesn't make sense for Number 6's character and contradicts Many Happy Returns. I see Number 6 as a loner even outside the village, and I can't see him having a fiancee! I know it wasn't denied in Chimes Of Big Ben but I noticed it's the same writer for both episodes!

With no hesitation.....'The Girl Who Was Death'.
I know its supposed to be a 'spoof' story but its got nothing to do with The Prisoner and I just find it totally irritating.
I'd rather watch the 'Once Upon A Time' with the sound down than to have to sit through TGWWD again.

If you're referring to the one where Number Six "switches brains" with some other guy, I wholeheartedly agree.

The "brain switch" was a lame science fiction cliche even then---used, I've heard, simply because McGoohan was contracted to be in Hollywood to make Ice Station Zebra. I guess they had to make do in a pinch---but I would've expected something more innovative from this creative team.

The little cameo McGoohan makes at then end, to deliver an indignant speech to Number Two and Company, was also pretty weak.

I guess nobody can hit a homer every time they're at bat. But this episode was a real letdown.

I found it refreshing to be out of The Village but it could be cut from the 17 quite easily and not detract from the series.

Both 'Do not Forsake me, Oh my Darling' and 'The Girl who was Death'are equally dire in my opinion.

'Fallout' left me perplexed but not un-entertained as it were
